The Siemens ST-H is a non-contact ultrasonic level transducer designed for accurate, continuous level measurement in chemical storage and liquid tank applications. Its slim profile allows installation inside a 2-inch standpipe, protecting the sensor from direct exposure to the process media while delivering reliable performance in harsh and corrosive environments.
Using proven ultrasonic technology, the ST-H emits high-frequency acoustic pulses toward the liquid surface and measures the time required for the echo to return, enabling precise, continuous level measurement without contacting the process. An integrated temperature sensor automatically compensates for changes in sound velocity caused by temperature fluctuations, helping maintain measurement accuracy.
Available with durable ETFE or PVDF enclosures and an IP68-rated design, the ST-H is built to withstand demanding industrial environments while providing dependable, low-maintenance operation. The transducer is compatible with Siemens ultrasonic level controllers and is approved for use in a variety of hazardous and industrial applications.
